Off to Croatia :)
Just a little note to let you know that we'll be heading to Croatia tomorrow morning. This is the first time we're going by car since we have kids so we won't be rushing it. It will take us about 2.5 days to cover the nearly 1800 km drive.
I'll leave you with this picture of a cake that I was anxious to make but that disappointed me. Maybe you can guess what the main ingredients are. More about the cake next week.....

The cake looks pretty, too bad it didn't taste good. Isn't it a tofu cake? Just guessing :)
