Cheers, Rosa Puff pastry is something I find difficult too, and it takes so much effort to make. I haven't even tried making it as a gf-version, the regular one is so difficult, that I think it would be really hard to make decent gf puff pastry :) Your puff pastry work looks great! I can't believe you still have the time to make it with the baby on your side, you are amazing! Although you complained, your puff pastry palmiers looks great! Good job Inbal |
