I'm loving my Sugar High Friday! Not only had I never heard of Moscatel, but I'd never heard of Prosek either ... how lovely to learn about something new. And your chocolates look divine ... I'd definitely buy some of those! Sounds amazing and looks fantastic! The Prošek sounds good. I agree with Ivonne, if you ever go into business, I'd buy some of those too! Thanks Sam! If I ever go commercial you'll get a free batch ;)
Prosek tastes a bit like Sherry or even Port. The closest thing to Prosek in Italy is Marsala. I guess this delicious looking recipe would work well with any of those. Fala lipa, Linda!
